Self Healing

🌷The body has the ability to heal itself. It’s called ‘the self healing mechanism’. (We can see it with a scratch on our skin that heals within a few days).

🌷Self healing is instinctual, natural ability of our body and our being.
.
🌷Health is not absence of disease, but the balance and harmony of all systems: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
.
🌷One of the things to do to activate the self healing mechanism is to get our mind and our belief system out of the way.

How can we do we do it?
Well, manny ways:
🌿Yoga practice and teaching yoga. 
🌿Massage - giving and receiving. 
And many other beautiful and simple ways.

🌷We teach and talk a lot about all this in our Alignment Yoga teacher training.

🌷In our course we have a solid structure and a strong support system, so our students can relax into the new given structure, moving out of the way and allowing the self healing to happen in all levels.
