Creating a Strong Foundation

The foundation of our 200-hour Alignment Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is built upon skeletal and asana alignment, therapeutic yoga principles, the fascinating mind-body-emotion connection, and in-depth yogic philosophy.

This program uniquely blends modern science with classical yoga, incorporating elements of mobility, Pilates, Iyengar Yoga, physiotherapy, and various forms of yoga therapy.

We believe yoga should be adaptable to meet the needs of every student, even in a group setting. Our goal is to equip you—whether you are an aspiring teacher or an experienced one—with the essential principles of body structure, alignment, and therapeutic yoga. This knowledge will empower you to integrate these core concepts into both your personal practice and teaching.

Through this training, you will have the opportunity to reinvent your yoga practice and establish a strong foundation for teaching. You will gain a comprehensive toolbox of yoga methods, approaches, and techniques, enabling you to better understand individual needs and tailor yoga practices accordingly. This skillset will help you create intelligent, health-promoting, and injury-free yoga environments.

At the heart of our approach is asana alignment, influenced by Iyengar Yoga, which we view as the foundation for all styles of yoga practice—whether Hatha, Vinyasa, Alignment, Therapeutic, or Ashtanga Vinyasa. We encourage our students to discover their own unique voice as yoga teachers while building on this solid foundation of alignment.

Our program is fully certified by Yoga Alliance, and upon completion, you will receive an RYT-200 Yoga Alliance teaching certification.
