Course Structure 

Our 100-Hour Yoga Therapy & Alignment Yoga Teacher Training Course is a 2 weeks program composed of 2 segments 


  • 5 Days
    25-Hour Yoga Therapy Training: 'Yoga for a Happy Back' - Led by Rachel Krentzman PT, E-RYT, C-IAYT 
    Upon completion of this segment you will receive a YACEP-25 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program Certification
    It is also approved as Continuing Education by IAYT International Association of Yoga Therapists 

  • 9 Days
    75-Hour Alignment Yoga Training: '
    Core Definition' - Led by Tal Swissa and Arnaud Chartier
    Upon completion of this segment you will receive a YACEP-75 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program Certification


    * There are two days-off during the training, one between the segments and one within the second segment.
    * It is possible to enroll only to one of the segments, as per your choice.

5 Days

25-Hour Yoga Therapy Training: 'Yoga for a Happy Back'
Led by Rachel Krentzman PT, E-RYT, C-IAYT 

- Curriculum -


This segment is an intensive immersion on therapeutic Yoga for Back and Neck conditions.

Each day will include:

  • Anatomy and Bio-Mechanics
  • Pathology and understanding common conditions
  • Therapeutic sequences 
  • Experiential practice - How to adapt and modify your and your students' yoga practice

The training will cover the following topics:

  • Day 1 & 2 - The lower back, pelvis and hips
  • Day 3 - The sacroiliac joint
  • Day 4- Yoga for scoliosis
  • Day 5 - Yoga for upper back, neck and shoulders

Rachel Krentzman

Rachel will be a special guest teacher of Luna Alignment Yoga for this unique training.
She is a Physiotherapist (PT), E-RYT 500, C-IAYT - certified Yoga therapist, founder and director of Embody Physical Therapy and Yoga in San Diego, California. She organizes Yoga In Medicine Conferences for the UCSD Center for Integrative Medicine. Her book Yoga for a Happy Back: A Teacher’s Guide to Spinal Health through Yoga Therapy was be published in May of 2016, and her second book Scoliosis, Yoga Therapy and The Art of Letting Go was released September 2016.

9 Days

75-Hour Alignment Yoga Training: 'Core Definition'
Led by Tal Swissa and Arnaud Chartier

- Curriculum -


This segment is an exploration of the core of our body.
Its aim is to enrich you with the important principles behind body structure, alignment and therapeutic yoga, so that you can integrate this knowledge in your self-practice and teaching, taking it to the next level.
You will get a better understanding of your own body-mind-emotion patterns and connections related to posture and core.


The training will cover the following topics:

  • The Body-Mind Connection and chronic pain
  • Pancha Kosha - Thefive Sheathsof our being
  • Core muscles anatomy and their physio-emotional aspects
  • Pelvic diaphragm anatomy, health and its physio-emotional aspects
  • Proper Use of Mula Bhanda
  • Introduction to feminine yoga
  • Hip joint anatomy and intelligent hip openers
  • Psoas muscle awareness and natural release
  • Nervous system exploration and anatomy
  • Yoga for stress management
  • Myofascial anatomy - front and back lines, deep front line, arm line and spiral line
  • Yoga for myofascial release
  • Optimal posture and postural tests implemented in a yoga class
  • Asana clinic workshops
  • 2 daily yoga classes


Tal Swissa and Arnaud Chartier

Tal, Founder and Yoga Director, and Arnaud are the lead teachers in Luna alignment Yoga's permanent in-house team. Together they have led 12 TTCs and certified over 275 teachers since started their collaboration in Koh-Phangan in 2016.
With years of practice and teaching experience they each bring their unique knowledge, teaching specialties and styles which interlace together perfectly, so that the students are offered a complete and profound view on the world of yoga and its therapeutic approach.
