You need to have done a 200-Hour yoga teacher training course.
I'm still struggling with some asanas, am I ready for this training?

We always adapt the practice to our students needs. This is actually a main topic of our program, to teach you as a future teachers how to adapt the practice to all kinds of practitioners and their individual needs.
Yes, this program is specifically designed to give our graduates to tools to actually teach in a professional way.
However, if you feel that you are not ready to teach a class immediately, we recommend you teach in a safe environment first - friends or family. We recommend all of our students to continue to study further and deepen their own practice. The best teachers never stop learning.
This is an in-depth and practical course to deepen one's understanding and self-practice of yoga. Please take under consideration that this course is designed to allow students to be able to teach. Students will practice teaching for some time in the course as part of the curriculum.
Is the course recognized by Yoga Alliance?
Yes. We are a Registered Yoga Alliance School. And we certify our graduates with a Yoga Alliance teacher certification.
Are books and materials included in the price of the course?
Our Luna Alignment Yoga manual book is included. We will ask you to buy an additional yoga booklet, which can help you prepare for the course and can also be used during it (it is not mandatory but highly recommended). We will send the booklet's details upon registration.
We are expecting around 15-20 students (the maximum number we accept to our courses is 30).
All ages, but mostly between 20 and 50.

You need to have a really good reason for missing a class. We devote ourselves to the course and to our students, and we expect our students to show the right approach and take the course seriously. You are allowed to miss up to 3 classes during the course, more than that will result in you being entitled for a completion certificate and not a graduation one.
Sickness / Visa Run are not considered as missed classes.
We have two written tests and one practical test. The first test is done with an open book and the second one is quite simple and straightforward.
Our learning environment is very friendly and adapted. We do not mark grades, but use the tests to evaluate our students. We want to see your perseverance and desire to learn, not your grading.
In the practical test you will teach the group for 15 minutes. At the end of it you will get our feedback as means of growth and improvement. You will be more than ready for it, since by then you'll have enough teaching practice time.
In case the results in any of the tests are not sufficient we will guide you and help you to prepare for taking the tests again. Everybody passes the examinations. Students receive extra tutoring and additional attempts at their tests.
Yes. We have mats in our venue, and mats can be found in stores in Thailand and also in Koh-Phangan, but unfortunately they are not good quality ones. Remember, Thailand is a tropical humid country and a good non-slippery yoga mat is required for an enjoyable and efficient yoga practice. Also please bring yourself a yoga strap and a sweat towel for practice is also recommended.
What else should I bring?
Comfortable yoga practice clothes, swimsuit of course and something warm in case it gets a bit cold in the evenings. You'd be surprised to find that local convenient stores offer nearly everything and in very affordable prices: a variety of good toiletries, perfumery product, stationary product, medicine and of course delicious snacks and coffee 😊
