Parivritta Trikonasana

Parivritta Trikonasana

Keeping the alignment of Parivritta Trikonasana is not so easy…
Here are few tips:
Keep your buttock and head in one line. Don’t allow the head to go past the line of the leg.

If you practice it at home (without a teacher to guide you), you could use a wall to “teach” you the alignment of this asana.
Keep your back and back leg to the wall, the top hand will be on the wall, the bottom hand on the floor and over the front leg.

If you can’t reach the ground-use a brick under the palm.

Place the tip of your fingers on the ground and not the palm. This will keep your chest open and your shoulders in place.

Enjoy 😊
