Support

We all need support. 
Our parents are our first support in life. 
The kind of support that we’ve got, or didn’t get, from them will affect our life and our posture. 
Our posture can tell us a lot about ourselves. 
There are beautiful ways in which we can use our intelligence to teach the body to trust itself and to trust life. The physical body will teach the emotional body, the emotional body will teach the mind.

A very nice and simple way to feel supported and to allow our physical, emotional and mental bodies to relax is in a supported Savasana. There are few different ways.

One of those ways is using a strap on the feet. Just like in the photos.

To practice this variation:
🌷Rap the strap around the outer part of the feet- around the outer arch of the foot. 
🌷lay back down, make sure that you are very comfortable, that the spread between the feet is not too big or too small. Lean against the strap with your feet. 
🌷Use a blanket under the head, rolling it under the arch of the neck.
🌷Feel the ground under your body.
🌷Finally, allow yourself to feel and use the support of the strap, the blanket and the ground. Close your eyes, breath naturally.
