Taking few moments in Adho Mukha Virasana or simple child’s pose, can help.
It doesn’t have to be part of a long practice, just take 5 minuets or so. ✨
Make sure to place the forehead on the ground so the brain and mind can relax.
Close your eyes and withdraw you awareness inside.✨
Feeling the connection to the ground, allow yourself to let go and surrender.
To get out of the asana: bring the hands under the shoulders and slowly come up, the head should come up last.
Take another moment to appreciate yourself and open your eyes. ✨
